Eaton Corporation Lead Engineer - Firmware in MM, India
Division finance leader; champions and drives policy compliance and process improvements.; drives compliance to Eaton/ regulatory policies.
Ensure Division is compliant with country laws, corporate policies. Support forecasting for monthly results,rolling forecasts, profit & strategic plans. Ensure business is meeting financial targets through financial reporting & analysis. Communicate financial performance to leadership team. Focuson performance to goals & identify areas for improvement/concern. Perform special analyses to support strategic business decision making, including financial analysis for strategic initiatives, capital investments, changing business models, acquisition activity,make vs. buy analysis, pricing models, etc. Drive financial process/system improvements to ensure integrity of financial results and improve efficiencies. Interface with Division finance leaders, Group/Sector/Corporate finance teams (tax, etc.), legal & Group/Division Senior leadership. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
